Spanish Characters for PC Users
Tips from Tim Henderson, data analyst at The Journal News / LoHud.com:
Adding a Spanish keyboard is my favorite option for Windows. You don't literally add a new keyboard — you just tell Windows you want to type in Spanish and your keyboard responds in a new way that makes typing Spanish easy.
Once you get used to it, it's very simple to switch back and forth from English to Spanish with a click on the Task Bar or a keyboard shortcut. It takes some getting used to, but generally you can type a single quote before any letter to accent it, and the semi-colon is the enye. The confusing part at first is that they keys won't behave as you expect.
To get an idea of what's going to be in front of you when switch to Spanish, look at a Spanish keyboard layout or Google it.

Now, if somebody can share with me a way to do it on the Mac, that is, how
to install a Spanish keyboard, layout, I'd appreciate it!
